Our Journey in 2023…

As we are in the beginning of 2024, the GDD Experience Design team is taking time to reflect on our work from last year and the lessons we plan to carry into the new year.

As a design studio that believes in keeping a small, tight-knit, and passionate team in place, we focused on adding key team members to our studio who can contribute by bringing new and interesting perspectives to our projects and client requirements. By creating alignment earlier in the year, we were able to approach all of our projects in 2023 with a strong foundation of values, considerations, and goals.

The year was busy with our team working under varied domains of Fintech, Traveltech, SmartHome IOT, and Enterprise. We learned to work with multi-diverse teams across organizations like Havells, TATA Digital, Adobe, Qualys Inc., Stashfin, and many more. The key difference that we noticed this year was more open-minded stakeholders giving us time and room for explorations and iterations before final delivery. We took it as an opportunity to learn by prospecting and benchmarking the best industry practices to make the right design decisions.

This year was pure gold in receiving awards and accolades for our hard work! We received both the IF Design Award 2023 and the Red Dot Award for excellence in Interface Design in 2023! It was a moment of joy and gratitude for our entire team and we couldn’t be more thrilled! For 2024, the sky is the limit!

These above seeds are our pointers to make ourselves better in 2024 guided by feedback from our esteemed clients. We are constantly working to streamline our work by using better ideas and communication methodologies.
