An applicant tracking system that allows recruiters to collaborate with hiring teams and source potential candidates. Helium Edge provides a platform for all recruiter needs and increases efficiency in performing day to day tasks. An ATS platform that functions filtering job applications automatically based on given criteria such as keywords, skills, former employers, years of experience and schools attended. Recruiting the right people is still one of the best ways for firms to forge a competitive advantage, but it’s a team effort in the digital work environment.
The design goal is to create a platform that enables the team of recruiters to create an effective pipeline of candidates and match them with the jobs entered in the system. Managing candidate profiles, contact, job post and pipeline of candidates are primary functions of this platform. A product of Sapot Systems, stakeholders for this project was spread out across the globe. The application was divided into sections that had to be covered one after the other. An agile approach, allowed us to achieve complex tasks within a specified timeline.

We analyzed the existing recruitment processes and identified areas where the platform could provide significant value. Then we designed a comprehensive platform UI that provided recruiters with a range of powerful tools and features. The platform allowed recruiters to manage candidate profiles, including resumes, contact information, and other relevant details. They could also create and manage job postings, track the progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline, and communicate with candidates directly through the platform. The pipeline management feature was a key component of the platform. An agile approach, allowed us to achieve complex tasks within a specified timeline.
