Zigwheels is well known among those interested in buying or review new cards and motorcycles. Millions of users use the platform to research before making an informed decision. Since there are multiple platforms in the market with similar use-cases, ZigWheels approached us to reimagine the platform in order to reposition the platform and increase engagement.
Zigwheels approached us to reposition the platform from an automobile research platform to review first platform that provides authentic, high-quality quality genuine reviews from users. Our solution was to engage users by building a community around automobiles that enables users to discover vehicle-related topics and engage in conversations with other users.
More than 90% of the website footfall were on their vehicle detail page. Since redesigning and reformatting the page would have impacted their SEO ranking, we had to find a way to retain their existing customer base while introducing new features. Our solution was a tabular base approach, where the ‘Info’ tab would help users research while the ‘Community’ tab would introduce new features like customer review short, expert opinion, magazine displays, events, etc. We found new ways to incorporate video content and found new ways to nudge the users to become content creators themselves and have conversations around other user’s content.
