BookMyForex, had to be part of the new Tripmoney Finance Services. The need was to redesign the user experience to create a user-friendly, secure, and reliable platform that provides real-time access to foreign exchange rates and allows users to buy and sell foreign currency at the best rates. Additionally, the platform had to incorporate features such as travel cards, remittance services, and foreign currency demand drafts into a single seamless flow simplify the transaction and to cater to the diverse needs of Indian travelers.
Our design solution consisted of looking and analysing the multiple flows and combining them into one to create a single seamless flow for the buying and selling of forex in all its forms : travel cards, foreign currency and demand drafts. This helped the users make the transaction faster. We focused on transparency and made sure the user was always informed about what was happening. This made the platform reliable and made the user feel safe. We also created a new design language inspired by their brand colors to put some new life into the platform.
